Benson Henderson

Benson Henderson, aka "Smooth" or "Bendo", is an American MMA fighter from Colorado Springs, who currently fights out of Glendale, AZ. Henderson holds a black belt in Taekwondo, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is a two-time NAIA All American wrestler at Dana College in Blair, NE. Today Benson Henderson fights in the UFC’s Lightweight division and is known around the UFC as being an outspoken Christian, and uses his fighting to share his beliefs.
