Jake Shields

Jake Shields is an American MMA fighter from Mountain Ranch, CA. Shields holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a Class-A in Shooto, as well as being a two time All American wrestler. Shields has developed a style of fighting called "American Jiu-Jitsu", which is a no-gi style of grappling, submission techniques of BJJ with the explosive takedowns, throws and transitions of wrestling.
