    After heavy research to find the gear that was best for me, I decided to go with the Shock Doctor Ultra Martial Arts Shorts. Upon picking them up I could tell that they were very well constructed. The CUP itself is GREAT. I have never had a cup so comfortable and flexable. If you do Jiu Jitsu you know these things can get in the way, BUT this didn't. One downside I will mention is that the shorts are ment for someone who has a big but and big thighs. I do not have much of a but so they fit a little weird and failed to hold the cup into place, this was corrected by using my old jock strap with the cup. Fit fine, and very comfy. These shorts fit a little weird but they are great.
